SELECT STAFFING, a leading, California based staffing agency, is currently seeking a Senior Workers' Comp Claims Analyst for their Corporate Office in Santa Barbara.

As a Corporate Sr. Claims Analyst, a majority of your time will be spent assisting the Risk Management department with filing, entering claims information, copying/mailing, and all projects as assigned. Will be required to interact with lawyers, doctors, insurance companies, branches, and government agencies. The qualified individual will also be responsible for attending Workers Compensation hearings, depositions, etc., as appropriate.



Skills:
The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, inquisitive, detail-oriented, energetic, highly organized, able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Excellent spelling and compositions skills and versatility in computer systems required. Workers' Comp experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus.
