The Director Physical Plant Operations is responsible for overall operation and maintenance of the Corporation’s facilities. Scope of responsibility is to establish operational objectives and work plans for facility use, renovation, building acquisitions, leases, and ongoing maintenance of buildings and grounds. Responsible for managing budgets, capital improvements, personnel, and consultants.



The Corporate Director is also responsible for overseeing all safety and environmental areas in compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, OSHA and other governmental regulations. Oversees the implementation and coordination of programs to reduce and eliminate risk of occupational injuries, illnesses, death, liability and financial loss.

Skills:
Must have 10+ years of experience in facilities and customer service management within the industry. Also must have 5+ years of progressive responsible supervisory/management experience.
