This person must have good people skills along with computer skills. Must be willing to get dirty while wearing personal protective equipment. Must be willing to work in burned out buildings or building affected by water damage or other damage. Must be willing to work in condition that are uncomfortable and stressful. Must speak English and Spanish along with being able to read and write English. Must contain a strong work ethic and get along with others. Must be able to drive cargo vans to and from job sites. must be willing to work after hours and weekends to get the jobs done.
