Job Summary:
Qualify patients for Medi-Cal or Social Security benefits within the established County, State and Health Advocates regulations, statues and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine if patient is eligible for Medi-Cal through linkage analysis. If patient does not qualify for Medi-Cal consider other programs such as Victims of Crime (VOC), Third Party Liability (TPL), Worker’s Compensation (W/C), Insurance/Cobra, Social Security Disability (SSD), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits and Fair Hearing.

Skills:
Qualifications:
*High School diploma (or GED equivalent)
*2-3 years of clerical, customer service, or social work experience
*Prior healthcare, doctor’s office, or hospital setting experience a plus
*Basic computer, typing, and office skills required
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
