Full-time position available immediately. The Nurse Manager will oversee both Burien ambulatory clinic and White Center ambulatory clinic. Education and/or Experience: Must be a registered Nurse, B.S.N. or equivalent and licensed to practice nursing in the State of Washington. Three years experience in nursing supervision & two years organizational and budget management experience required. The person in this position must have knowledge of State and Federal Regulations as they apply to Health Centers or Hospitals. The Nurse Manager will Implement and update Nursing Service policies and procedures in cooperation with the Medical Director to meet Sea Mar standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations. The person in this position will select, supervise and evaluate nursing personnel. Good communication (both written and verbal) and team building skills a must. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
