Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree. Experience with troubleshooting customer problems on the phone, extensive customer service skills, experience with diagnosing, gathering, analyzing and resolving problems. Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, good communication skills, effective team player. Computer hardware and diagnostic abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
