What you'll need to be successful: At least 5 years of server-side development experience, Strong skills in Java, Understanding of SQL database design and optimization, Prior experience working successfully in small teams that delivered on time, Clear communication skills, A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience, and Be based in, or willingness to relocate to, the Bay Area. It's a bonus if you have these: Fluency in C++, Understanding of network protocols and data formats such as XML, The ability to design multi-threaded code.
