HSMM is searching for an Engineer 2 to: Design of building power, lighting, communications, security and control systems under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Perform specific project design and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications Respond to client questions and comments, review contractor submittals, and provide clarifications during construction. Responsible for specific portions of projects under supervision of an experienced architect and/or engineer. Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results. Communicate with other disciplines to ensure project documents are properly coordinated. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program. 3+ years building design experience with consulting architectural/engineering firm.  Engineering in Training (EIT) certification. Qualified to sit for the Professional Engineering (PE) examination. Extensive travel as required to meet project and training requirements. Strong oral and written communications skills. Experience using Microsoft Office. Experience using AutoCAD 2006 or similar. Experience using Revit Building Systems preferred.  Working knowledge of SKM Power Tools software. EEO M/F/D/V CB
