Registered Nurse Case Manager (TBI) in support of the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA.  Position requires: * Possess either a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Diploma Graduate in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited university * Possess current, unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands * Possess one of the following certifications: Certified Case Manger (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM), Care Manager Certified (CMC), OR * Possess a minimum of 6 months of case management experience and obtain any of the certifications above within 24 months of start; OR * Possess a Masters degree in Nurse Case Management and obtain certification within 24 months of start
