Success is dependent on your ability to retain existing business, maximize profitability, and grow sales. Using expert knowledge of recovery boilers, cooling water, and waste applications specific to the Pulp and Paper industry, you will be the customer s primary resource to help improve raw water quality, control mill discharges, and keep the boilers running efficiently. A proven track record of sales success and/or strong technical skills is desired for this position. To excel in this position, you must share the company safety and customer service philosophy and our commitment to exceed the customer s needs. r n Duties: r n The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: r n -Safety - maintain a safe, injury-free environment through active team participation and promptly addressing any identified safety deficiencies. r n -Customer Satisfaction - provide service and technical support for customers. r n -Problem Solving - troubleshoot and solve Pulp and Paper problems for our customers. r n -Relationship - build strategic relationships with our customers. r n -Business Growth - work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. r n -Personal Growth - improve yourself through on-the-job, classroom, and cyber training courses (technical, business, and personal growth). r n Qualifications: r n -A commitment to work safely and provide excellent customer service. r n -Qualified candidates must have technical and chemical sales experience with water treatment and a familiarity with paper mill operations (Influent, Recovery Boiler, and Wastewater). r n -A BS in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Chemistry or similar scientific field. r n -5+ years of chemical sales experience or technical/production experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry (or a related industry), knowledge of cooling towers, boilers reverse-osmosis systems and other utilities operations. r n -The ability to work individually and with a team. r n -The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills. r n -Valid drivers license r n -All applicants must possess evidence of eligibility to work in the U.S. r n Excellent salary and company benefits.
