We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in the Los Angeles district. Position Requirements: This position requires a 4-year degree in Engineering or Construction related field or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience. Candidates should possess seven to ten (7-10) years or more of commercial estimating experience on projects over $25 million and be capable of leading hard bid, negotiated and conceptual projects. This position will require leadership and preparation of complete estimates on proposals utilizing documents ranging from concept sketches to complete construction drawings and specifications. Good organizational, interpersonal, communcation and computer skills necessary.
