Refinery Positions:  Pressure Equipment Engineer

Pressure Equipment Engineer
This position supports refinery wide pressure equipment integrity and performance.
Brief Summary of Duties:


Sets standards by which pressure equipment & piping is inspected and repaired.


 Ensures all pressure equipment is designed, fabricated, installed, operated and maintained in a way that provides pressure equipment integrity and cost effective reliability.


 Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Works closely with all refinery personnel to ensure safe operation of equipment.


Requirements:


BS or MS in ME or Materials Engineering


 5-15 years of relevant refinery experience


 Knowledgeable in relevant codes and standards


 Able to make informed decisions, present them and back them up, even when unpopular.


 Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
