The Zune software QA Team is looking for a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who: Has the experience and desire to drive complex projects and solve complex projects across the Zune client product team and related teams Enjoys being consistently challenged and accomplishing big, bold, goals Is interested in demonstrating leadership as an individual contributor, but might also be interested in moving to a people management role in the future. Has the ability to dig into code and develop white box tests in C# and/or C++ Has experience automating tests in C# and/or C++ Collaborates with Program Manager and Developers on feature design, leading when necessary Collaborates with other SDETs to design and to implement test automation, leading when necessary Is heavily customer focused and champions user friendly design and outstanding user experiences Has excellent problem solving skills and test mentality Has experience planning, designing, and scheduling testing for an area, and can effectively manage CS resources We value candidates who are quick at learning new technologies and can adapt to change. We need candidates who can meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Any prior experience in setup/serviceability technologies, SQL database technologies, MSXML, Flash, IDCRL, FSDK/MF or Media applications is considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience, is also required
