The group is focused on creating compelling services that aim to make various mobile devices an extension of your work and personal space in a seamless way as opposed to leaving them as an island of information as they currently are. The rapid advancement of mobile phones & devices and the move to online services are two of the most dynamic industry shifts we've seen since the internet wave began. You will be leading a team working on the server/services side and targeting some of the latest mobile devices. You will be working on some of the latest online services technologies and platform that Microsoft is building. If you have worked on online web services, are comfortable with C#/.Net or some of the services Infrastructure, and are interested in investing in your career, then this is the place to be! Requirements include: Strong track record shipping great software in all phases of development Minimum of 8 years experience in software development (at least 3 in .Net/C#) is required. Minimum of 2 years of managing a team and shipping products as a lead is required. Experience working in C++ is preferred. Experience working with online services is preferred. Experience working with Mobile devices (windows mobile or others) is preferred. Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields strongly preferred; B.S. in same required.
