JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education: Graduation from an approved program in Occupational/Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology. Licensure: Current or eligible for Registration and Licensure in Occupational/Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology in the State of Kentucky. Other : Knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care which is age specific appropriate for the types of patients served Basic computer skills to allow access to operations and patient data Appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to enable positive interactions with patients, families, team member, referral sources, and outside contacts.
