My client is seeking quantitative ad network will need innovative, clear visualizations of ad campaign performance and amazingly great and simple interfaces to give customers control over their campaigns. We want to find a star who's able to move fast, think out of the box and come up with innovative and usable products. We plan to take a studio approach and leverage multiple designers, so we're looking for someone who can be handson and also manage multiple remote teams. This is a great opportunity to build cool products from scratch in a very early stage start-up. Job Functions : * Rapid design of candidate interfaces and flows ("paper" prototyping) * Work with customers and prospects to evaluate candidates and select winners * Code javascript, html, AJAX, php to build production apps on top of mysql * Hire and manage specialists to work for you, both direct reports and studios Requirements : * Folio of work that shows your capacity to deliver innovative, usable applications * Familiarity wtih modern js/ajax frameworks * Easy to work with, happy to work in an agile startup setting * Ability to code html, css, php/ruby, javascript * Experience managing vendors Highly Desirable: * Background in advertising and graphic arts * Past success leading UI team for SaaS applications or consumer-oriented web2.0 apps * You blog, and DHH or Zed has commented on it * Experience in traditional web experimentation and bucket tests Experience optimizing SQL queries and data modeling
