Coordinate and supervise all components of the Annual Appeal.  Responsible for publication of Annual Donor Report, in coordination with Marketing.  Coordinate Philanthropy Advisory Board; set educational agenda with VP based on strategic plan;coordinate all arrangements for quarterly meetings.  Coordinate Planned Giving Advisory Board, coordinate outreach efforts.  Research, design and manage Internet and Website content and related Giving Programs.  Manage a portfolio of 50 - 100 donors.  Develop Moves Management strategy for each donor and coordinate regular meetings between the Development Officer and Vice President to assess progress.  Will create the strategic plan for the Annual Appeal in coordination with the VP.  Will be involved in other Philanthropy Department activities as needed. Bachelors Degree required.  Minimum five years of experience working in not-for-profit settings, with significant responsibility working with an established Annual Giving Program. Ability to work with volunteers and staff alike; excellent writing and organizational skills a must.  Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office suite strongly preferred.
