* Minimum two years experience in residential real estate
* EcoBroker® certified or willingness to enroll in class once hired.
* Member in good standing with the Winston-Salem board of Realtors.
* Client references on request.
* Computer skills to include: internet marketing and Microsoft office.
* Laptop computer a plus.
* Unlicensed agents need not apply.
