Growing multispecialty surgery center organization in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks R.N. Director of Clinical Services. The Director will share oversight of surgery centers throughout the Bay Area and other states with a team of Clinical Directors. Candidates must have proven leadership skills at the director-level, and experience running ambulatory surgery centers or hospital operating rooms.

Must have knowledge of all federal and state licensure regulations including hands-on compliance experience with JCAHO accreditation surveys. Candidates should be experienced with data management, statistical analysis, solution development implementation and assessment. This position will require some travel. Masters Degree preferred.
