Plaxo is growing and hiring a Group Product Manager - Revenue. Plaxo helps millions around the world enrich their connections with the people they know and care about. The company operates the largest and fastest growing network of networked address books, hosting over 50 million accounts, and is bringing those address books to life with a next-generation social network, Pulse, which makes it easy to share content with fine-grained control. Plaxo is a unit of Comcast Interactive Media.
T he Group Product Manager is responsible for product conception, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Plaxo is looking to hire a senior individual with a proven track record in monetizing web-based properties, through subscription and recruiting products. The individual will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and leading a team of engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.   Responsibilities:
 

Drive the premium and recruiting services monetization strategy     
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Drive testing of pricing, packaging, and promotional bundles
  Act as a leader within the company
Own the revenue and P&L for a variety of product lines

 
Skills/Qualifications:
 

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3+ years of experience in subscription products, or recruiting products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
