What You´ll Do · Candidate will be a data analyst exploiting forensic intelligence from GMTI data for GMTI projects in the application of remote sensing technology to the solve military and intelligence problems. · Candidate will work both independently and in a team environment, integrating the efforts of other analysts. · Possible shift work. · Duty will support of the Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Division of the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Travel is minimal. Must have excellent human relations and communication skills and work in a team environment with military, DoD civilians, contractors and senior scientists. Experience in remote sensing, imagery analysis, ONIR, SAR, ASARS, MASINT, GEOINT, AGI, GIS, SIGINT, or any military intelligence discipline required. Two or more years experience in the application of military GMTI data exploitation is highly desired. Prior military intelligence experience is a plus. Demonstrated technical writing and briefing skills are necessary. Experience with: GMTI data sources, GMTI sensors, GMTI data formats, GMTI data processing and analysis, GMTI customer base, GMTI product generation, GMTI product utilization. Access and retrieval of video data from local and Web based databases. In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level will be considered. ·BS in Science, Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred plus 2 or more years experience. Each higher level degree, i.e. Master's degree or Ph.D. may substitute for two years of experience. R elated experience may be considered in lieu of education. Desired technical course work in several areas such as physics, engineering chemistry, remote sensing, electro-optics, computer science, meteorology, or mathematics. A working knowledge of the GMTI ISR Forensic tool is highly desired.
