What You'll Do Business Analyst III (Program Control Analyst), Business Management responsible for ensuring accurate and timely program cost reporting and support for multiple projects and contract types. Update work authorization and financial data in the contracts database for upload to Costpoint for all new projects and modifications. Verify incurred costs, track all project/task costs and commitments, variance reporting, provide analysis of costs, sales accrual data, and ETC/EAC information to program managers on a monthly basis. Provide quarterly EAC/Revenue analysis to the Business Analyst Manager for Business management review and update. Review and verify funds availability on direct charge purchase orders, and customer/subcontractor invoices for payment. Notify PM and BA Mgr of potential issues when determined to allow sufficient time for mitigation. Work with program managers to prepare and update project budgets and planned costs and ensure all updated plans within the group are loaded to the PIMS database for SES forecasting. Provides full range of program/project financial management functions in support of Business Analyst Manager and Business Area Manager. What You'll Need Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In addition, Costpoint, database, or EVMS experience a plus. Experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, T&M, Fixed Price, etc.). Must have the ability to interface with personnel in all functional areas and at all levels of responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. BS in related field is strongly preferred plus 4 or more years of related experience. In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher level degree, i.e. Master's degree or Ph.D. (or Bachelor´s or Master´s degree) may substitute for two years of experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
