A DIRECT-HIRE POSITION WITH GOOD BENEFITS AND RELOCATION EXPENSE COVERAGE
LOCATION: MARINETTE, WISCONSIN
Job Function:
Provide financial support to the Marine segment vessel construction programs. Participate as key member of the Program Management Team. Serve as liaison for the Finance dept.
Tasks:

Prepare financial reports of the EAC
Continuous analysis of the EAC to budget
Prepare program financial bridges and commentary as needed
Modify budgets and EAC s for change orders
Create timing forecasts of costs, revenue, and cash collections
Jointly responsible with Program Management for customer invoicing collections.
Prepare Cost Performance Reports
Work with Site Controller in the posting of monthly program-related journal entries
Work with Program Management team on risk and opportunity assessment and claims management
Prepare ad hoc reports
Assist in external and financial audits
Qualifications:
 Minimum: A four-year degree in Finance or Accounting with five or more years of related experience in project-based / manufacturing businesses. MBA, CPA or CMA a plus. Knowledge of Governmental Cost Accounting and Earn Value Management strongly desired. Has a thorough understanding of Percentage of Completion Accounting and financial analysis techniques. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills needed. Proficient in Microsoft Applications is a must. Must be able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.
