Cottingham & Butler/ SISCO is currently seeking Benefit Managers to analyze client and market data and consult clients on the available options for their employee benefit plans. This is a highly analytical and consultative position. Travel required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, several years of account management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and strong relationship-building skills. Prior benefits experience helpful, but not necessary- we have an excellent training program!
