SR RISK ANALYST This professional position in the Treasury Department will assist in three main programs 1.) Reinsurance Program 2.) Risk Management Program and, 3.) Workers' Compensation Program. Knowledge, Skills and Experience - 5 years experience working in corporate finance or related field, understanding of P&C industry, regulatory environment highly desired - Demonstrated knowledge of financial statements, thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting - Solid understanding of Corporate Finance (e.g. statutory accounting, GAAP, loss reserving, pricing and investments) and associated systems - Solid leadership and communication skills. Capable of managing the efforts of dotted line reports and non-reporting contributors. - Ability to explain and simplify difficult concepts. - Must have strong analytical, statistical and mathematical skills. Ability to develop reliable financial models, quantitative measurements model performance. - SAS experience preferred or experience working with other programming languages to extract and analyze large data sets and create complex programs - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
