What You'll Do · The successful candidate will perform exploitation of spectral data. o This includes mission planning, data exploitation, data management, spectral signature resampling and optimization, product evaluation, exercise participation, collection of ground truth measurements, and meeting attendance. · This position will also provide target folder management and collection control support for the TACSAT-3 Military Utility Assessment (MUA). · Will also represent the Army for community collection priority meetings to ensure Army priorities are considered during the collection cycle. What You'll Need · 2 years of AGI / MASINT production experience · Familiarity with spectral technology · Target research experience · Experience and proficiency in using ENVI data analysis software is required. · Strong communication skills; ability to represent the Army, and deliver briefs · Good organization skills and good interpersonal communication skills are required · In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level will be considered. Each higher level degree, i.e. Master's degree or Ph.D. may substitute for two years of experience.
