Location: Toledo, OH The Supply Chain Applications (SCA) Team Supply Chain Optimization
Analyst is a key member of the SCA Team. This team is comprised of
highly motivated, innovative and talented professionals who lead
multiple projects across all business units as part of the Solution
Delivery organization, reporting to the Supply Chain Applications
Planning Team Leader. SCA Team members develop and deploy diverse
supply chain and manufacturing focused technical solutions across all
the businesses in support of the team?s critical outcomes, safety
awareness and leadership.

The SCA Team Modeling and Optimization Analyst performs analysis,
design, development, technology application, basic project management,
and release testing/deployment activities associated with the
implementation of modeling and optimization products / services and
business processes related to supply chain and manufacturing.

The scope of the responsibility for this assignment may include participation in some or all of the following:
- Business process design
- Basic project management
- Identify opportunities to improve business results
- Collection of business requirements and fitness for use for supply
chain and manufacturing products / applications / services and
selection of technology solutions
- All tasks in the systems development life cycle including testing and change controls
- Work with partners and suppliers to provide technology and application solutions
- Systems and software security
- Transition systems support to the Operations and Support Organization
- Training as needed

Areas of technical expertise that apply to this role may include participation in some or all of the following:
- SAP - Enterprise ERP software (versions 3.1i through ECC 6.0)
- SCM (Supply Chain Management) ? Enterprise software for demand forecasting, planning, scheduling and inventory management
- Database systems ? SQL-server
- Developed applications in supply planning, strategic planning and
production scheduling in the AspenTech SCM system and GAMS development
system.

The ideal candidate is well versed and experienced in multiple aspects
of SAP?s SCM application (DP, PP/DS, CIM, BI and Inventory Planning).

Successful execution of this assignment is dependent on contribution to
the following set of accountabilities and responsibilities.
- Implementation of supply chain and manufacturing product releases
within the scope, schedule, and budget planned, while delivering the
intended business value.
- Personal contribution to the building and maintenance of healthy teams.
- Bachelor?s or higher degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics or operations research field preferred
- Travel Requirement: 25%
