It’s all about leadership, from meeting sales goals to managing store team members to running cost-efficient operations. Specific responsibilities include implementing national marketing programs; promoting and assisting with staff development and training; and developing staffing schedules that ensure coverage during peak periods. Since you’re not shy about optimizing opportunities, you’ll be proactive and creative about marketing and community events to drive for sales success. A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of target-breaking retail sales management experience in a customer-focused environment are required. You must have a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and computer proficiency. Wireless industry experience is an asset. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable.
