As a key member of Corporate Treasury team, the Foreign Exchange Risk Manager is responsible for managing the entire FX exposures of the company. To excel in this position, the candidate should not only master the technical aspects of FX Management, but also develop and articulate the "big picture" of how FX impacts the company. It is essential to build strong relationships with other business functions and subsidiaries to understand their business needs (and how they impact FX exposures) and push for right business behaviors. This is a highly visible position, both to the senior management and colleagues worldwide. The successful candidate will have development opportunities in Treasury, as well as other departments within the company. Responsibilities: Identify FX exposures, recommend effective hedges (under the constraints of FAS 133), implement FX trades, conduct hedge effectiveness testing and monthly mark-to-market calculations Through financial modeling, forecast and analyze the impact of FX on EPS under various scenarios, and articulate to senior management Advise business functions on various FX issues and become a forceful influence in business decision-making Skill Requirements: Master's Degree required (Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/business will be considered with extensive work experience); CFA/CTP/CPA helpful A minimum of 3-5 years of accomplished experience in finance/treasury in a corporate setting; prior FX management experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, ability to work well under pressure, quick learner, self-motivator, results-oriented, team player Familiarity with FAS 133 and various FX concepts, strong Excel and modeling skills, excellent analytical skills Experience with Oracle, Business Objects and Bloomberg helpful For every candidate your refer to Walden Recruiting that gets placed in a position by us, we will pay you a $1000 cash referral bonus after the guarantee period for the candidate has expired (normally 90 days).
