We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help build the mobile user identity platform for Windows Mobile. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical Program Manager to step in and help define the services identity platform for Windows Mobile by integrating LiveID and CardSpace into the core platform of Windows Mobile. The job requires an ability to define end to end scenarios for user interaction as well as writing functional specifications for the technical implementation of the services identity platform. The candidate will also be responsible for project management, release management, drafting specifications and MSDN documentation and working with mobile operators and others who will use the identity platform to deploy services. The successful candidate must have strong presentation and negotiation skills for reaching agreements with internal and external partners. Key challenges include conducting effective communications between Beijing and Redmond, tracking competitors and mobile identity trends, understanding what customers will feel is an excellent way for their identity to be used and the ability to collaborate in providing vision and direction to the Mobile Services Identity infrastructure. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
