This start up group leverages technology already developed at MS, coming from teams like Outlook Mobile, Windows Live Mobile, and Exchange. We are building a team and a business from the ground up to compete with a market leader that already has over 15 million subscribers. We are in the great position of owning an end-to-end solution -- both server and client are being developed within our team. We leverage agile development processes such as Scrum and TDD and work in small feature teams that are highly collaborative. Technology-wise, we're building on the latest and greatest servers and services and use the latest Windows Mobile technology. Requirements include 9 years of software development experience. Our services will include a mobile, PC and server backend component. Therefore an experience with a broad range of technologies is a plus. Candidate must have expertise in one or more of the following technologies: C++/C# Win32 development, embedded systems development. Experience developing for Windows Mobile is strongly desired. A Bachelor degree in computer science or electrical engineering is preferred. Must be able to work in a startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
