Striving for improvement in all areas of automotive production is your goal therefore this quality role will touch numerous groups. (production, inspection, work instructions etc) Your background in automotive (OEM preferred) plus an Engineering degree or equivalent experience will help the team move forward in 2008-2009. Supporting cross functional teams related to implementing processes is part of your background. You must be flexible to work overtime, holidays and weekends. Ensure quality standards of parts provided by suppliers and in-house operations. You may be packing your bags to travel nationwide or internationally. Overtime is paid on this role. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of progressive experience in the Quality Engineering field in a manufacturing environment preferably within the automotive industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
