Walden's client company is a leader in wireless technology.  They seek a new Systems Test Manager. Responsibilities:

Manages Systems Test, Release Engineering and IOT Testing with Partners
Creates an efficient work environment, aiding Engineering in keeping focus on priorities and removing any roadblocks along the way
Identify process improvements and support department and company goals
Partners with other company teams/managers to ensure effective product development
Develops systems and controls to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
Manages Resources to ensure project plans are achieved
Builds, develops, mentors and leads internal teams
Responsible for employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment and management, work assignments, salary and recognition

Requirements:

Strong record designing, building and shipping software products
Experience in agile development environment
BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field; 6+ years of software development and Systems Test experience with an additional 5+ years of management/leadership experience
Possess a pragmatic approach to process definition and change and be able to shift gears as the environment changes
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Experienced at both managing and mentoring engineers at various levels of their career
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Strong Customer Orientation
Domain knowledge of wireless, networking a plus
