Education/Experience:
 

B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics required, with MBA highly preferred;
8+ years experience in Finance, with 2+ years in a supply chain / manufacturing operations role preferred;
5+ years experience in forecasting, budgeting, partnering, and variance analysis. Must demonstrate progressive increasing complexity and responsibility;
Demonstrated accounting knowledge;
Procurement support, inventory management experience a strong plus;
Excellent math, analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling and excellent MS Excel skills;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present reports and make recommendations to management and/or executive leadership in both verbal and written format;
Oracle and Business Objects experience preferred;
