Client Retention Specialist
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Efinancial is one of the nation's largest online marketers for term life insurance and has doubled in size in the last year and half!  We are currently looking for a new Client Retention Specialist that will be responsible for retaining customers that have previously secured a Life Insurance with Efinancial as well as selling New Policies to existing customers ensuring that they have the best products.
 
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
 

Current Life and Disability License in the State of Washington
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong record of academic and professional achievement. At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Strong ability to effectively communicate to Customers and Staff
Previous experience selling Life Insurance or working in a Life Insurance Environment is highly recommended.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency with Microsoft Excel, and Word and PDF formatted files.
Effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
