We have a dynamic SALES opportunity for an exceptional STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS MANAGER for the SOUTHEASTERN REGION . Territory offers an incredible growth opportunity! RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing school district-level strategies for securing, monitoring, expanding multiple large, complex contracts within a number of large county and urban school districts. Define and execute district-wide plans including securing and managing the resources required to secure and maintain contracts within a given set of assigned school districts. Work in partnership with Education Consultants to develop district-level business by anticipating, communicating, and contributing to winning/workable solutions. Leads district-wide strategy to secure and maintain key urban and large county school district contracts. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of educational measurement, research/evaluation design, instructional methodologies, and performance assessment. Carries a vision for technology innovation and how our products can be positioned in various educational markets and trends (i.e. ELL, formative, STEM, RTI, etc.). Attends and presents at targeted conferences, maintaining a consistent presence and leadership role in the industry with prospects and customers. EXCEPTIONAL organizational skills. Proven track record prioritizing in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills as well as tact, diplomacy and the ability to enlist the support and cooperation of others. Demonstrated understanding of the RFP/Proposal process in educational assessment. Solution selling skills. 75% travel capabilities. Masters degree in education or related field preferred.
