This position coordinates the planning and implementation of admissions and recruitment events on the Schnecksville campus. Also works closely with other personnel at other sites. Reports directly to the Director of Admissions. Evening hours required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Serves as contact person for all prospective students, providing information on academic programs. Conducts individual admission interviews for interested students and parents, providing information on the application process, assessment testing, financial aid, and registration. Assists applicants in accessing college resources (financial aid, placement testing, advising and application processes) as needed. Assists students in understanding admission, financial aid, and enrollment steps and procedures. Coordinates the planning and implementation of admission and recruitment events at the Schnecksville campus, including open houses. Assists students in scheduling assessment testing and advising appointments. Answers telephone inquiries related to admission. Conducts on-campus tours for potential applicants including individuals, families, high schools, and community groups. Contacts applicants who have not yet registered to answer questions and promote enrollment. Documents and tracks all recruitment efforts utilizing the established tools and processes. Performs other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills needed. Must be person-oriented, well-organized, responsible, hard working, and flexible. Must have the ability to plan work and establish priorities. Must have an understanding and commitment to continuing education and the role of the community college mission. Must have own transportation for travel. Must possess a high level of the following work skills and behaviors: teamwork/cooperation, initiative, customer service, and commitment to continuous professional growth in skills and knowledge.
