CALL BACK AGENTS -- EDUCATIONAL CALL CENTER (Positions are based out of our corporate call center in Oradell, New Jersey) Each year since 1977, Huntington Learning Center has helped tens of thousands of children succeed in school by reaching their full potential. Agents are responsible for making outbound calls to former inquiries to set up testing appointments for our centers. We invite warm, empathetic, personable, and articulate professionals to join our team!

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to): Make OUTBOUND calls to previous inquiries and follow up on a routine basis Monitor and meet required number of outbound calls per shift Follow the Call Script Manuals provided Document all call conversations on subsequent contact forms Participate in required ongoing training 100% PHONE WORK ALL WARM LEADS Perform special projects as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS: Excellent telephone presentation skills both verbal and listening Demonstrated customer service and sales skills required Previous call center experience preferred Experience in education industry a plus Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus
