Spatial Networks, Inc.,  is looking for a Human Resources Manager for our headquarters location in Clearwater, FL.

Salary: 40k-50k- plus an outstanding benefits package

Summary: Manages the overall function of the Human Resources including: Employment practices, employee relations, wage and salary planning and administration, coordination of benefits programs, management development, and establishing and maintaining human resources policies and procedures.

  Summary of Responsibilities:


Directs and develops the employment process of the organization in order to effectively meet staffing needs.
Coordinates and assists managers with programs and procedures regarding employee relations and problem resolution
Develops and coordinates wage and salary policies and practices and advises administration regarding market conditions.
Administers the benefit programs and assists all employees with questions and concerns.
Performs other administrative duties related to the operation of the organization.
Provides and promotes and supports a professional environment that utilizes effective delegation of responsibility.
Stays current of all regulations impacting the department and educates personnel accordingly.  
Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation regularly.
Conduct wage and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness for recruiting and retention.


Qualifications, Experience, Skills Required:



Five to seven years of HR experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
Excellent communication skills including human relations skills.
Experience in administering and developing compensation plans, benefits, employee relations and worker's compensation.
Computer skills and general office equipment experienced, including MS Office suite of tools: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrates good motivational skills and takes an active leadership role.


Education and Certifications:



B.S. in Human Resources management or related field.
Ability to pass a background check, including drug test.
