VP ADVERTISING SALES

Seeking motivated parter to join our team. Team is comprised of executives with high level pedigree and 30+ years running major television networks (ABC, NBC, CBS). Team seeks to raise capital and bring on 2-3 additional member partners. Meetings already set-up with large funding organizations and private funders across the US with the highest level pedigree. An excellent and rare opportunity.

Details:

-Must work and play well with others and have an excellent sense of humor - no exceptions.
-Must be based in LA, CA for the first 18 months.
-Deep knowledge of Los Angeles, CA market for online, television, newspaper, weekly rags and magazine advertising from the selling and buying side.
-Main focus of job will be selling sponsorships of online entertainment channels and content packages.
-Familiarity with and/or exposure to the advertising revenue possibilities provided by unique online widgets and functionalities.
-Familiarity with and/or exposure to local Los Angeles TV advertising buying and selling.
-An understanding of national TV advertising.
-When you come on board, you'll be expected to examine the advertising revenue centers of the completed creative and operational plan and work with the business plan writing team in their process to complete the business plan by January 23, 2009. NDA/Non-Compete required.
-Compensation includes guaranteed job with salary at $8000 per month upon funding plus 1.5% in stock.

VP TRANSACTIONAL & ONLINE RETAIL SALES

Team seeks to raise capital and bring on 2-3 additional member partners. Meetings already set-up with large funding organizations and private funders across the US with high-level marquis names. An excellent and rare opportunity.

Details:

-Must work and play well with others and have an excellent sense of humor - no exceptions.
-Must be based in LA, CA for the first 18 months.
-Deep knowledge of the online retail sales market for every major demographic.
-Familiarity with and/or exposure to the monetization of and revenue centers related to unique online widgets and functionalities.
-Online transactional set-up and sales across 22 channels of online entertainment categories.
-An understanding of national retail sales and transactions.
-Member/Partner required to examine the transactional and retail revenue centers of the completed creative and operational plan work with the business plan writing team in their process to complete the business plan by January 23, 2009. NDA/Non-Compete required.
