BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH - MINIMUN HIGH SCHOOL - Customer Service.
Enthusiastic, Bilingual Assistant English/Spanish with excellent communication skills. A problem solver, ability to interact with diverse costumers base at a high level offering them our services and assist them with issues regarding their travel concerns. You should convey trust and reassurance when offering our services. You will be task oriented capable to process sensitive matter information and personal documents. General duties: Answer customer calls and respond with the required information needed by via e-mail or fax. - Excellent communication skills and interaction with customers. - Quick thinker and problem solver. Assist customers with their travel concerns of what their problem may be while making them at ease. Offer precise, efficient and accurate results with full and immediate satisfaction. - To understand the potential capabilities and reachable possibilities of our services and fees. - To follow up on clients pending orders. - Follow through on orders placed from beginning to end, until completely 100% satisfy. - Write report of your progress and activities. To maintain a file on the activities developed for each client. - Obtain feedback and satisfaction testimonies from served customers
Qualifications:


Requirements:

1. Previous administrative and customer service required.
2. Proficient with computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel required.
3. All candidates must have a pre-existing legal status to live and work in the US.
