As the Coordinator for all Human Resources communications, you will be responsible for leading the planning and development of all communication and marketing efforts for the Office of Human Resources. In partnership with the Human Resources managers, you will develop marketing strategies directed toward communicating human resources information to the University community and for external recruiting campaigns. This includes implementing marketing plans, creating and preparing publications and promotional materials, designing and implementing an employee intranet, researching the marketing efforts of other institutions and businesses for trends, ideas, etc., and compiling data and reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing and advertising on a periodic basis. This position will be filled at an intermediate level or higher, depending upon the successful candidate's education and experience and requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). We are looking for somebody who not only has a good grasp of effective advertising and marketing strategies, but also has the market research and statistical skills to analyze metrics and make effective business decisions.
