Seeking – Contract - Help Desk Sppport.
The Help Desk Support person will work on a Contract basis and will be responsible for Level 1 assistance within Contractual Service Level obligations which include Speed of Answer, Abandon Rate of Calls and First Call Resolution for Qualified Calls.
Must have 2+ years of Help Desk experience and call center experience,OS troubleshooting experience to include XP, W2000, W98, W95, Windows NT and UNIX. Must have experience with NetWare, NW Admin and NT User Manager. Solid Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange and Internet Explorer support experience. Prior use of a remote control tool for support desired.
Must have expertise with PC hardware platforms, operating systems, applications and have experience in troubleshooting in a Network environment.
Must be able to work on a contract basis and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Education/Training: A+ certification preferred. MCP is a plus.
