Click Here to Apply Online Our Client is one of the world's largest hotel chains with several locations in Korea. Client is in need of an Executive Chef in charge of opening a pastry cafe in the hotel and potentially others throughout the city. It is critical that the Executive Pastry Chef have experience working in New York and have New York style baking experience.
Requirements:
- Min. 10yrs of experience required in pastry or as a chef, baker.
- Must have working experience in New York as a pastry chef preferred from well known hotel, bakery, or restaurant.
- European or US trained candidates with hotel experience or from renowned New York restaurants as pastry chef.
- Prefer having previous working experiance in Asia (Japan / Singapore / Hong Kong / China, etc.)
- Must have good knowledge of Baking especially in New York style pastries must be creative.
- Good training skills and ability.
- Candidate may be requested to hold training sessions for chefs from shops so may need to travel.
- Hotel has a Fine Dining Restaurant, a Buffet Restaurant, 2 Club Lounges, Delicatessen, Banquet facilities and hosts Weddings
