Director of  Intensive Care Unit/Respiratory Therapy opportunity, 40 hrs/wk.   Primary duties are leadership and the direct operational management of a 14-bed ICU and the Respiratory Therapy Dept.  The successful candidate will have critical care experience and open heart training with 2-5 years of management experience.  This individual is accountable for facilitating excellence in patient care delivery, providing operating efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory agency policies and practice.   The Ideal Candidate
