Key Accountabilities: --Effective use of phone system per individual assignment by help desk management. Phone metrics are pulled on a monthly basis. These results are compared to others in like position and against departmental goals. --Effective use of problem management tool regarding using standard knowledge to provide call guidance, standard documentation methods and reporting methods ITSM is used for tracking issues and problems. All analysts are expected to accurately log and journalize each call for guidance or issue. --Effective customer service to customers and solution partnersSurveys and team feedback mechanisms are used to measure effective skills. --Monitor problem management software and support systems for current outages and pending solutions. Monitoring through standard tools is expected Ideal candidate will have: High School diploma. A+ Certification desired Strongly desire experience with Micros Point of Sale or restaurant system Proven background in understanding basic office system software, operating systems and desktop hardware Restaurant or Help desk work experience desired Support of 24x7 organization with variable scheduling and weekend availability.
