We are also a leading provider of reference and trade publishing for the medical, business, engineering and other professions.   McGraw-Hill Higher Education, (MHHE) is a leading provider of print and electronic materials serving the college market, publishing instructional materials including textbooks, lab manuals, study guides, testing materials, software, and multimedia products.   MHHE  has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst in our Digital Technology Group in New York, NY.     The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst will analyze & test all software submissions, using Quality Center, Bugzilla, Mercury WinRunner, LoadRunner, & Quality Test Pro.    Responsibilities:   Report on technical quality issues & potential support problems & make recommendations for improvement.  Provide technical assistance to contracted developers & in-house Project Managers to ensure that ultimate results are accurate & conform to industry standards.  Develop & implement in-house testing lab, which includes lab configuration & overall functionality of testing equipment.  Manage all defect issues based upon software specifications (as needed).  Develop automated QA scripts to run regression tests & performance tests.  Maintain project QA control & error tracking tools.  Master's in Computer Science & 2 yrs in position offered or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science& 5 yrs in position offered.  Must have included utilization of Quality Center, Bugzilla, Mercury WinRunner, LoadRunner, & Quality Test Pro.
