530ml is looking for a Flash Developer to work under the direction of our art directors. Candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, possess a strong design sense, and a desire to continually improve technique.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and program websites based on Photoshop comps
* Create internet applications using the latest flash technology
* Work collaboratively on web development with art directors to maintain
design integrity throughout flash experience
* Work within strict project timelines

Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience
Candidates with a portfolio of work showing artistic and technical ability
Experienced with multimedia technologies (audio, video, streaming, etc.)
Proven knowledge and experience with building online flash interactive
modules
Must have strong coding skills and a working knowledge in ActionScript
2/3, Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Java, HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and OOP
Strong personal interest in web technology and design trends
Willing to work in-house at our Long Beach, Ca. office
