This position specializes in customer correspondence and follow-up specifically related to our Aesthetics products and always demonstrates world-class customer service and satisfaction. This person relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities : * Answer all inbound calls received on toll free customer service line as well as calls forwarded internally * Initiate Outbound calls to physicians offices to generate sales * Train the physician and their staff on all Aesthetic products * Act as a liaison between outside sales representatives, internal sales representatives, external customers and the product distributor to resolve customer issues * Respond to physician and patient emails received through company website * Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers * Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products distributed to field customer inquiries Qualifications : * College Degree preferred * Experience (2-3 years) providing customer service in a corporate environment, preferably through telephone communications, 1-3 years in sales preferred * PC literacy to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook * Exceptional communication skills * Highly organized * Flexible * Strong telephone speaking skills * Patient * Team player * Dependable * Ability to multi-task * Detail oriented
