This is a massive system migration from mainframe to a web based system. Most important is the Japanes/English bilingual skill. Along with 5 years of technical skills in the following areas: C, C++, Java and/or SQL.


Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must have 5 years technical experience in one of the following categories/disciplines.

-System Engineering, Programming.
-Bilingual/ Japanese/ English (ABSOLUTE MUST)
-C, C++ or java or SQL.
-Documentation Skills particularly in Japanese.
-Accounting System Implementation experience is a plus.

Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.

Description:

The client is undergoing a system migration from mainframe to a web based system.

Individuals need to help lead the Accounting System migration effort in the NYC/ Tri-state area.
